Who says you can't have it all? Kristine is so good at balancing, she should be in the circus. A mom, wife, youth mentor for YET (Youth Education Town) and CEO, she does it all without breaking a sweat. Sometimes she grounds the receptionist and collates her kids' homework, but everything always works out in the end. Kristine helps oversee project details and keeps everyone on their toes. Surrounded by a group of creative eccentrics she has honed an incredible amount of patience, although her years of experience at a major Canadian law firm means that she can definitely "crack a whip" when things need to get done. A solid, dependable motivator, rich in experience and knowledge, Kristine is a driving force at Premise.

Gregg is a niche-marketing adventurist who specializes in building positive connections between brands and youth. In 1991, at the age of 16, he built Goodtimes Skateboards and Apparel into a successful global brand. By 1999, he co-founded Premise, a full service youth marketing agency celebrating it’s 10th year. In 2007, Gregg was honored with the San Diego Metropolitan 40 under 40 award for his achievements in advertising and marketing that positively impact young people. As a Premise partner, he is responsible for overseeing strategic campaign development and agency marketing efforts. Gregg helps contribute to the success of many client projects for leading national brands, some of them include: Skatewave by Landscape Structures, The Partnership for a Drug-Free America, U.S. Air Force, ISIS (Internet Sexuality Information Services), NMFA’s Operation Purple and Six Flags Theme Parks.
