At 8:00am on Saturday, September 11th, the Premise team took off to run a 5K at Lake Miramar to support Max's Ring of Fire. Every year BOOST Collaborative hosts the BOOST (best-out-of-school-time) Conference to get after school and out-of-school time professionals together to rejuvenate their passion and boost their direction for quality programming. Gen Y has bought into and lives the motto 'all for one, one for all'. We find that we can get more done through community efforts rather than doing it ourselves. We see the power in numbers and have grown up with the social resources that service out need for peer unity: Facebook, MySpace and YouTube to state the obvious ones for you.
