MY generation was born into a culture where we can have anything we want, when we want it. This is fueled by parents and society at large. In fact, we are the most likely of any generation to self-identify as liberals. When you give someone something for free, it's hard to get them to ever pay for it again. This is especially true among the Gen Y consumer. Not only do we expect that product/service to be free but we will research ways to get additional product/services for free.
