And The Premise Holiday Donation Goes to….
Drum roll please...
Premise proudly announces that with nearly 80% of the vote, The BOOST Scholarship Fund is the recipient of the 2009 Holiday Donation of $500!
You could be the proud owner of 25 Snuggies with that kind of cash! Although, i'm sure BOOST will find a more resourceful use of the money.
The BOOST Scholarship Fund is designed to support professionals that work with children and youth in the out-of-school time hours. Through this Scholarship Fund, BOOST is able to offer quality professional development opportunities for teachers, after school workers, non-profits, and community-based organizations such as YMCA's and Boys & Girls Clubs. It is imperative that these professionals participate in learning opportunities to enhance their own development and thus provide enriched environments, improvement, and change for children, youth, families, and communities.
Fear not, we will also be making a donation in the amount of $100 to The Challenged Athlete Foundation for being a part of our Holiday fun.
