BOSS OF ME AM Skateboarding Contests A Success!

Posted in:      (0) Comments

On Sunday, November 15th, Premise Marketing hosted the BOSS OF ME AM Skateboarding Best Trick Contests in Fontana, California. Despite a last minute venue change due to extremely high winds (upwards of 70 mph!) the contest went down with some of the inland empires best amateur skateboarders.

The event kicked off with a professional athlete demo by Ipath team riders Adam Alfaro, Matt Rodriguez, Jaws Homoki, Nilton Neves, and Fred Gall; who all served as judges for the contests. The three part contest got underway with the BOSS OF THE HANDRAIL, BOSS OF THE HUBBA LEDGE,  and BOSS OF THE STAIRS  contests.

BOM Ambassador, Mario, came out to tell everyone what being the "BOSS OF ME" really means, stating, "that no matter what, you have control over yourself and your emotions". He also prompted attendees to check out www.bom411.com for more information and resources.

Attendees received raffle tickets to win a chance to create their very own custom skateboard deck at the event through CreateAskate and the Ipath team sat down to sign some autographs for the kids. In the end, 21 winners were crowned, BOSS trophies were handed out and everyone left with a cool event t-shirt and some Ipath swag.
